This course is aimed at those Payroll & HR Professionals who are managing payroll vendors who process their Payrolls in Hungary and need to understand the basic legal requirements involved and would like to understand the payroll calculation in Hungary.
What will you achieve?
This course will give confidence to the attendees, they will understand the fundamentals of payroll processing in Hungary, they will be clear about employer obligations, know what they need to do on a monthly and annual basis, can answer employee queries and check payslips. Even if payrolls are outsourced it is still the employer’s responsibility to ensure all obligations are met and employer contributions are correctly processed. This course not only gives you the information you need to be compliant, but also helps you understand the labour law, payroll calculation and different absences.
